COVID Policies and Procedures:
Extra precautions and sanitation procedures are in place to ensure the safety of all clients and practitioners.
Face coverings must be worn for duration of visit, while in the building.
Please sanitize/wash hands upon arrival and before departure.
If you have experienced any symptoms associated with, tested positive for COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to another person who is showing signs of infection or has confirmed COVID-19 within the past two weeks please inform Carissa Harris @ Create Balance immediately.
Symptoms may include:
o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
o Fever (above 100.4)
o Muscle pain
o Sore throat
o New loss of taste or smell
Payment: I accept Cash, Venmo, Checks, and major Credit Cards. You can also pay ahead of time online. All returned checks are subject to a $30 fee, and future checks will not be accepted. Unfortunately, I do NOT accept insurance.
Late Arrival Policy:
Time is valuable. I will honor your time, and I ask that you honor mine. If you find you cannot be on time, please call or text 303-475-5167 as soon as possible. I do my best to accommodate late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to cut your session short or reschedule for another day.

First time No show / day of cancelations are subject to $55 charge, full price of service there after. Fee waived for COVID related cancelations
