Hours and Policies
Appointments are available Sunday 10am-6pm, Monday 9am-1pm & Wednesday 11am-7pm
Payment: I accept Cash, Personal Checks, and major Credit Cards. A service fee of 3-5 dollars will be added if paying with Credit Cards. All returned checks are subject to a $30 fee, and future checks will not be accepted. I do NOT accept insurance at this time. I will however accept HSA, as long as Massage Therapy is approved.
Late Arrival Policy:
I will honor your time, and I ask that you honor mine. If you find you cannot be on time, please call or text as soon as possible. I do my best to accommodate my clients who come in late to their scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule for a later date.
12-Hour Cancelation Policy:
Life happens! Please if you need to cancel an appointment I require 12-hours advance notice. No shows and cancelations less than 12 hours in advance are subject to $50 charge.
Confirmation of Appointment:
You will receive a confirmation email when your appointment has been scheduled. You will also receive a reminder email the day prior to your scheduled appointment. At this time you may respond via email or text to reschedule your appointment at no charge to you. After confirmation has been made any no shows or cancelations are subject to a $50 charge.
